L&R has a team of associates. We know each other well and work together all the time. Periodically we get together to discuss topical issues and share experiences, so we keep up-to-date and bring that collective knowledge and insight to our projects. We also work with a wider range of people who provide specialist skills when we need them.

Our team believes that every project is different. We don’t believe in off-the-shelf solutions. So on every project we invest time talking to people to understand different points of view and spend time visiting the place to get to know it and what makes it special.
